POLICIES

At Hamptons Touch Paint Correction & Ceramic Coatings, we strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following policies prior to your appointment.

1. Personal Belongings

Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. This includes but is not limited to items in door panels, cupholders, under seats, trunks, and seatback pockets. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

2. Center Consoles & Glove Boxes

Center consoles and glove boxes will not be opened or cleaned unless:

  • The customer specifically requests it
    and
  • The compartments are visibly emptied and/or left open

This is to respect your privacy and prevent accidental loss or damage of personal items.

3. Tier 1 Maintenance Package

Our Tier 1 package is designed strictly for maintenance of vehicles that have previously received our Tier 2 package or a more extensive detail.

This ensures that:

  • Your vehicle continues to meet our maintenance standards
  • No service expectations are misaligned with what Tier 1 includes

If your vehicle has not received a higher-tier service from us in the past, we may recommend a more suitable package for your first visit.

4. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Deposits

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking any paint correction and ceramic coating service.

  • This deposit secures your appointment time and covers preliminary preparation.
  • You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if a minimum of 3 days’ notice is provided.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or reduce the amount of work performed, depending on our schedule.

6. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Please inform us of any known issues such as electrical problems, leaks, or sensitive aftermarket components. Hamptons Touch is not liable for existing or underlying damage that becomes apparent during the detailing process.

7. Inclement Weather (for mobile services)

In the event of poor weather conditions (rain, high wind, etc.), mobile services may be rescheduled to the next available appointment at no charge.

8. Landscapers & Construction Activity

To ensure the highest quality results and protect your vehicle from contamination during the detailing process, we require that all construction, remodeling, landscaping, lawn mowing, or similar work that produces dust, debris, or airborne particles NOT be active during your scheduled appointment.

If other trades are onsite and creating dirt or dust, we may need to reschedule the appointment to maintain the integrity of the detail and prevent contamination of the work area.

Please schedule your detailing service for a time when no construction or landscaping work is being performed at your property. This helps ensure a clean environment and allows us to provide the level of quality you expect.
